What’s Included

I will provide you with documents to fill out to further dive into your signature vocabulary and the emotional undercurrent that makes your writing feel like you. I can also provide an audio to text free app where you can speak into your laptop or computer mic and get a transcript. This can really help fine-tune your brand voice.

2. Voice & Tone Guide
You’ll receive a beautifully formatted 3-page Brand Voice Guide that defines your personality, tone, cadence, and message pillars. It includes “Words I Use” and “Words I Don’t Use” lists, example phrases, and short brand writing samples you can hand to anyone creating content for you.

3. Custom GPT Build
I’ll train a private GPT that reflects your exact brand voice using your guide, sample writing, and tone preferences. Once it’s ready, you’ll receive a secure link that allows you to chat directly with your brand-trained AI and create:
